The Ambassador visited Horsens’ Mayor and held a lecture for Juelsminde Rotary Club

On 5 January, Ambassador Zdeněk Lyčka, accompanied by Mr Niels Burcharth, former Czech Honorary Consul, paid a visit to the Horsens City Hall where they were kindly received by Mayor Jan Trøjborg.

During the meeting with Mayor Jan Trøjborg, ways of cooperation between Horsens City Hall and the Czech Embassy were discussed, such as organizing several cultural exhibitions, since Horsens is a twin-city of Třeboň.

Zdeněk Lyčka also visited the premises of the well established company Niels Burcharth A/S which has existed more than 100 years and today is mostly dealing with the adjustment and distribution of transport conveyors. The Ambassador ended his visit to the region of Middle Jutland by delivering a lecture The Czech Republic – an Exciting Country in the Heart of Europe for the members of the Juelsminde Rotary Club.
