We would like to inform you, that the Embassy of the Czech Republic will be closed on 5 – 6 July 2023, due to the public holiday.
On July 5, Saints Cyril and Metoděj Day, the Czech Republic commemorates the symbolic anniversary of the arrival of the Slavonic missionaries Cyril (Constantine) and Metoděj (Methodius) to Great Moravia in 863 to propagate Christian faith and literacy.

On July 6, Jan Hus Day, the Czech Republic commemorates the day, when the priest and reformer Master Jan Hus was burned at the stake during the Constance Council in 1415.
