You can waive the temporary protection granted by the Czech Republic in person at our Embassy in Copenhagen or by sending a request with a certified signature to our Embassy. 

If you decide to file the request in person, please contact us at consulate_copenhagen@mzv.cz to arrange an appointment. You must bring with you the travel document into which the temporary protection was granted. 

If you choose to send your application in writing, you must fill in and send us two copies of the application form with a certified signature, a copy of the data page of your travel document and a copy of the visa granted by the Czech Republic or a stamp in your passport for the purpose of tolerated stay or temporary protection. The application form will be provided upon request at consulate_copenhagen@mzv.cz.
