On 29 March, Ambassador Zdeněk Lyčka attended the annual meeting of the twin-cities Ballerup-Prague 10 where he depicted the atmosphere of the turn of the 80s and 90s of the last century by a lecture called The Velvet Revolution in Czechoslovakia and what came later.

On 1 April, the Ambassador discussed the CZ PRES with focus on the Presidency priorities and the conclusions of the European Council and G 20, the inviting partner being the European Youth and Silba in Århus.

On 7 April, the Ambassador delivered a speach called Czech Presidency of the EU Council in the Rotary Club Nyborg.
