Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic in Aarhus is celebrating 10 years

Ten years ago the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic appointed Niels Brøchner as Honorary Consul to the Jutland Peninsula and the island of Fyn. At the same time the existing honorary consulate office was relocated from Horsens to Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark.

During his ten-year work, Honorary Consul Niels Brøchner has been focusing on strengthening the relations between the Czech Republic and the western part of Denmark, particularly in the fields of business, culture, sport and the tourist industry. He is the founder and long-time chairman of the Danish-Czech Business Forum. Alongside he has been supporting development of Danish investments in the Czech Republic.

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Copenhagen cordially congratulates Niels Brøchner on his 10th anniversary as honorary consul, thanks him for good cooperation and wishes him much success in the future.
