The event was organized by the Jewish Community in Denmark which prepared a rich program for the visitors. Thus people interested in Jewish culture could take part in several concerts, movie screenings, lectures and debates, food tasting and many other social events and activities.

This year a theatre performance was put on the programme for the first time in the history of the festival. The Jewish Community in cooperation with the Czech Embassy in Copenhagen invited the Czech experimental theatre group The Suitcase Theatre which presented its performance The Jewess – Juggling with Life. This intimate authorial piece primarily intended for an adult audience, portrayes in an unusual way the fate of a young Jewish girl during the Holocaust. The Czech theatre was warmly received at the festival and its performance was well appreciated by the audience.
