Václav Klaus presented his book about European integration in Copenhagen

On Wednesday 19 February 2014, Václav Klaus (President of the Czech Republic 2003-2013) presented in Copenhagen the Danish edition of his book „Europe: The Shattering of Illusions“ which was published by the People’s Press with afterword by Lars Seier Christensen, CEO of Saxobank.
The event was met with a great interest from the audience which was obvious not only by the completely filled up lecture hall of Saxobank headquarters in Copenhagen but also by the discussion following the presentation.

In connection with the presentation Václav Klaus gave an exclusive interview to the most read Danish weekend newspaper Weekend Avisen.
During his two-day visit in Denmark, Václav Klaus also met with politicians and representatives of the business community. Beside Copenhagen, he visited Roskilde, the previous capital city of Denmark, and the royal castle Frederiksborg in Hillerød Municipality.
