The Czech Republic was represented by the film "The Snake Brothers" by director Jan Prušinovský. It is one of the most successful Czech films of 2015, which won Czech Lion Award in 8 categories including the best film award and the fan film award.

The Snake Brothers film was screened on Friday 18 November in Cinemateket in Copenhagen and there was a small reception for the participants after the screening.

This film festival intends to present to the Danish audience contemporary feature and documentary films from Central and Eastern Europe which usually don't get an opportunity to be shown within common distribution. This year the festival offered total twelve films from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Estonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Armenia and Georgia.
