Czech modern dance in Aarhus

On 28 April 2017, a dance performance Guide by Czech choreographer Věra Ondrašíková took place in Aarhus. The performance was a part of the cultural events taking place in Aarhus in relation to its title of European Capital of Culture in 2017.
Czech choreographer Věra Ondrašíková with her performance Guide participated in the festival "Aerowaves - Spring Forward". Her performance succeeded amongst more than 500 other competitors. It is a multimedia production, which won an Audience Award at the last Czech Dance Platform. The main performer Jaro Ondruš has been awarded a Dancer of the year by the international jury and the creative team won the prize for the lighting design.
