Screening of the film Riders in the Sky

On Tuesday 26 March 2019, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Copenhagen and Husets Biograf arranged another film night. For the March screening we have chosen a film Riders in the Sky directed by Jindřich Polák in 1968 about Czechoslovak pilots in Royal Air Force service during the Battle of Britain, and the ongoing aerial battle in northern Europe. The film tells the story of the crew of fictitious No. 276 Squadron RAF consisting of a Canadian, two Englishmen and three Czechoslovaks.
