Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ireland Petr Kynštetr gave a speech at the beginning of the evening. He highly appreciated the cooperation between the Embassy of the Czech Republic and the CzechTourism agency in London. He thanked the numerous Irish participants for their interest in the Czech Republic and for discovering its beauty, history and the present.

In the next part, the director of the CzechTourim office in London, Katarína Hobbs, briefly welcomed the participants and introduced the Czech participants to whom she then gave the floor. Representatives of Holiday Inn Prague Congress Center, Park Inn Prague Hotel, Le Palais Art Hotel Prague, OREA Hotels & Resorts, CPI Hotels, Savoy Westend Hotel, Teplice Spa, Travel Agents AR Tour Prague, Eastern Europe Tours, Moravian- Silesian Tourism, Prague Inspiration, and RegioJet.

After the presentations there was a raffle, prizes for which were provided by the visiting Czech companies.

At the end of the evening there was a reception, during which further contacts between Czech and Irish participants were made. From these talks, many ideas emerged and concrete cooperation in the field of tourism was agreed upon. Further cooperation was also agreed between the Embassy of the Czech Republic and the CzechTourism office in areas of business, economy and culture, which will continue to help Irish citizens to be better informed about developments in the Czech Republic.
