General Information and Public Notices

All appointments for submitting Schengen visa applications are booked until the end of April. The Embassy of the Czech Republic has therefore indefinitely suspended the processing of new requests to reserve an appointment date. Please, check our website at https://mzv.gov.cz/dublin/en/visas_and_consular_information/index.html for future updates on the actual situation.

 


Please note that there is a very high demand for Schengen visas. We are currently fully booked for more than two months ahead !!!

To make an appointment for your visa application, please, read and follow the instructions!
 

 

Please, be aware, that the Schengen visa application form must:

  1. be submitted in person at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Dublin;
  2. be filled, printed, and signed by the applicant and presented in hard copy;
  3. have 1 passport-size photo (at least 35 x 45 mm) of the applicant, which fulfills ICAO standard

Required supporting documents, which are unified by the Commission Implementing Decision for major purposes of travel, must be presented with the application form.

Visa fees are collected in EUR in cash or by payment card. However, due to the inter-bank restrictions physical card is necessary (Apple Pay or Google Pay doesn't work).
