Voluntary contribution of the Czech Republic to the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB)

The government of the Czech Republic signed a grant agreement with the Council of Europe Development Bank for a CZK 1 200 000 voluntary contribution to the Regional Housing Programme (RHP).
The grant may be used for sustainability measures, complementary to the infrastructure investments undertaken under the RHP, and for selected communication activities. Emil Ruffer, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Council of Europe, and Rolf Wenzel, CEB Governor, signed the agreement.
The Czech Republic greatly appreciates the success of the Regional Housing Programme and the support for the targeted region of Western Balkans, as it is a long-standing priority of the Czech foreign policy.
