Please note that the date and hour of your visa appointment cannot be changed. Requests for changes will not be answered. If you fail to keep the appointment, you will have to make a new request as described above.

One e-mail = one applicant. An e-mail requesting visa appointments for more than one applicant will not be accepted. The only exception are the requests of applicants travelling with children – in such cases, the applicant should send one e-mail including his/her personal data and the personal data of the children. The e-mail must be accompanied by scans of the data pages of the applicant’s passport and the data pages of the children’s passports, and copies of documents proving the purpose of journey.

Please send only one request and wait for a reply. Requests sent repeatedly will not speed up the response. On the contrary, by repeatedly sending the same request you may complicate the registration process for other applicants and increase the administrative workload on the staff.
