'The Art of the Symphony'  will take the visitors  with live paintings from a studio in Prague, to symphonies of Shostakovich via archive footage of Prague during the Soviet regime, to locations of former communist monuments.

The documentary (50 minutes) will be screened in De Balie's Filmzaal, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A. 

The exhibition is open to the public for a week. This can be visited on the upper foyer of De Balie, during 5 - 12 April.
