As of this date, with the certification by the Hague Convention Apostille, Israeli documents are entitled to recognition in the Czech Republic and no legalization by the Czech Consulate is required.
The implementation of the 1961 Hague Convention in Israel is governed by local regulations and you should address inquiries concerning this procedure to the Israeli authorities. The following steps are usually taken:
1. Original document of Birth, Marriage, Death or any other official registry certificate issued by any Ministry of the State of Israel must be verified with Apostille. ( Marriage or Divorce certificates - See also Important note ).

The Consular department of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem verifies original document with the Apostille. In order that issued and Apostilled document will be valid in the Czech Republic it must be translated to the Czech language as well. See Translation services.
