Visit of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Human Rights and Petitions of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic visited Finland. The main target of the working visit was to learn about the Finnish education system in details as well as about the initiatives of the Finnish state for the support of innovative research projects.

Visit of Under-Secretary of State for foreign and security policy Mr. Jaakko Laajava in the Czech Republic. During the visit Mr. J. Laajava participated in the conference “Prague Agenda” and on 6th September he also had negotiations with the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Mr. Jiří Schneider.

Visit of the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Nečas in Finland. In Helsinki the Prime Minister met Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Eero Heinäluoma, Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen and President Sauli Niinistö. During the visit a Czech-Finnish business forum was organized with the participation of business delegations from the both countries.
