Czech participation in EuroMining Trade Fair 2015

The international trade fair EuroMining 2015 was held in the Finnish city of Tampere on 20 and 21 May 2015. The fair focuses on technology in mining industry, geology, manufacturing industry and metallurgy. There were 127 exhibitors from 17 countries. The Czech Republic was represented by 8 companies which took part in EuroMining 2015 within the project “Common participation in specialized exhibitions and trade fairs abroad 2013-2014” of the agency CzechTrade. This was the first common participation of Czech companies at a trade fair in Finland.
 

At a common exposition stand the following Czech companies were introduced: CDT – Česká dobývací technika, CPU – České povrchové úpravy, ENELEX spol. s.r.o., INCO engineering s.r.o., Telmining spol. s. r. o., TRANSROLL-CZ, a.s., UNEX a.s. a ZAM – SERVIS s.r.o.  This was the first participation of Czech companies at a trade fair in Finland within the common project. The mining industry is among the most perspective branches of Finnish economy. In professional researches Finland is considered to be one of the 10 most attractive mining regions in the world. The mining industry in Finland is extremely “internationalized”. Most of the companies in this branch are owned by foreign investors. The most active are Canadian, Swedish and Australian enterprises.
