“The Europe Day” is a great opportunity for the European Union and all member states to present themselves, as well as their position to variety of issues. This year focus was on seminar with the theme „The Investment Plan for Europe: a Role for Asia“ The seminar was followed by reception with the Secretary for Finance of the Hong Kong SAR government John Tsang and Secretary for Administration and Justice of the Macao SAR government Florinda Chan as guests of honor.

During the reception each member state of the EU had also the opportunity to host a national booth, where visitors could have tasted a wide range of beverages and food products. At the booth of the Czech Republic was presented famous Czech beer - Budějovický Budvar.
