The Embassy of the Czech Republic participated in Eurovillage event which took place on 6 May 2017 in Islamabad. The aim of the event was to present the member states of the European union, its cultural diversity to Pakistani public.

Thousands of Pakistani citizens came to Lok Virsa to taste miscellaneous flavours of European countries, their customs, activities and sports. Visitors of the Czech stall had, among other things, a chance to score a goal in one of the most popular sports in the Czech Republic, the ice hockey.
