Lidice 2023 - Czech Embassy Honors Young Talent in Lahore

On January 18, 2024, in a ceremony held in Lahore, the Czech Ambassador Ladislav Steinhübel recognized the artistic achievement of a young Pakistani student, Fizza Faisal Khan of Lahore Grammar School. Fizza received an honorary award for her exceptional artwork titled “Dancers,” which was featured in the 51st annual children's art competition.

The event highlighted the growing interest and participation of local students in cultural and artistic exchanges. The director of the school attended the ceremony and affirmed the enthusiasm of her students towards such creative endeavors. She also confirmed the school's continued participation in this year's competition, reflecting a commitment to fostering artistic talent and cultural connections between Czechia and Pakistan.
