The festival was taking place all over the country. The documetaries were screened in ten different cities of Pakistan (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Mardan, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Gujrat, Quetta, Multan and Swat). The Czech documentary movie "A Theory of Equality" was introduced at Olomopolo in Lahore on Thursday, December 6, 2018 as well as at the PNCA (Pakistan National Council of Arts) in Islamabad on Saturday, December 8, 2018. Both screening were attended by the chargé d'affaires a. i. of the Embassy of the Czech Republic, Mrs. Jaroslava Bobková. Not only she introduced each of the screenings but was also engaging in the discussion with the audience after the screenings.

As the title suggests, the documentary "A Theory of Equality" is dealing with the issue of equality between women and men in the society. More specifically, it maps the work of different feminist movements in the Czech Republic. The documentary is a proof of the fact that the issue of position of women in society is discussed all over the world and that there is some room for improvement everywhere. The different concrete topics discussed in relation to the equality between women and men in the Czech Republic and in Pakistan enabled the audience to think over the issue in more complexity and to see the things also from a different perspective. The differences and analogies were a subject of discussions after the screenings.

Support of human rights and human dignity stand at the very core of the Czech foreign policy. The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Islamabad is making big efforts to promote these values in Pakistan as well. This is done both through the dialogue and concrete project by which the Embassy supports Pakistan's own efforts to strengthen the respect for human rights. Improving position of women in the society is one of the main objects of the local transformation projects supported by the Embassy in Pakistan.
