The project focused on three areas. First aim was to raise awareness of the ladies and the wider society of the need for and benefits of ensuring girls with education and enabling women work. Secondly, PIHRO selected 60 young ladies from Charsadda, FATA and Swat to benefit from the Transition Promotion Program Trainings and Exposure Program. The beneficiaries were offered a two-day training focused on different soft skills and life skills needed for their career prospects enhancement. Thirdly, the selected young ladies were presented with various opportunities and existing facilities for their future education, scholarships, vocational trainings, internships/employment and entrepreneurship. Last, but not least, some of the participants of the training have been encouraged for further awareness raising activities aimed at enhancing the career prospects of the girls and ladies in their surroundings.
