New list of supporting documents for Schengen visa applicants

Following adoption of the new implementing decision by the Commission of the EU (C(2018) 6863 final) establishing among others the list of supporting documents to be submitted by applicants for short stay visas in Pakistan, the Embassy of the Czech Republic has modified the list of the documents required from the applicants for short-term (Schengen) visas accordingly. The updated list can be found in our article "Schengen visa/up to 90 days" (see the left bar).

On October 24, 2018, Implementing Decision establishing the list of supporting documents to be submitted by applicants for short stay visas in Bolivia, Ecuador, Pakistan and South Korea has been adopted by the Commission of the European Union. Since the Czech Republic has been a member state of the European Union and a part of the Schengen Area, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Islamabad has updated the list of the documents required from the Schengen (short-term) visa applicants accordingly.

The section "Visa requirements" enumerates the basic requirements as well as the supporting documents needed. Kindly note that besides the "Supporting documents to be submitted by all applicants", you are required to submit also next supporting documents, the list of which depends on your travel purpose. Both these general and purpose-specific supporting documents are listed.
