Visa and Consular Services under the Pandemic

The embassy is open for document verification services and long-term visa applications. Short-term (Schengen) visa processing is available to applicants fully vaccinated with European Medicines Agency-registered COVID-19 vaccine.

The embassy remains open for visa processing and consular services. For the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, visitors are asked to adopt measures limiting the spread of the virus. The number of persons allowed to enter the premises simultaneously is limited and visitors are required to wear facemasks, use hand sanitizer, and maintain at least two meters distance.

Visa applications can be submitted at the Czech Embassy in Islamabad only. Applicants for long-term visa should book an appointment following the instruction here. 

Depending on the severity of the pandemic in different countries, the Czech Ministry of Health issues decrees regulating and limiting the entry of foreigners, and the extent to which visa applications can be accepted.
