Consular & Visa Fees

Consular fees can be paid at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta in cash in Indonesian rupees (IDR) or by electronic payment card in Czech crowns (CZK) and euros (EUR). At honorary consulates of the Czech Republic in Indonesia, fees can only be paid in cash in Indonesian rupees (IDR).

The amount of fees in IDR is subject to changes according to the current exchange rate and changes at the beginning of each month.

Fees collected by means of a payment card are collected in Czech crowns (CZK), in the case of an application for a Schengen visa or an appeal against its non-issuance in euros (EUR).

Fees are thus deducted from the client's card in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR) and the amount is converted into the currency in which the client's account is maintained at the exchange rate set by the client's bank.

The following payment cards are accepted: Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestra, VISA, VISA Electron, V Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay.
