Employee Card applications submitted at the Czech Embassy in Jakarta

The registration system is open for applications for an employee card from Monday, January 10, 2022, 8:00 local time (WIB), for the period January - March 2022.
 

The Government of the Czech Republic took the decision  No. 233/2021 on June 7, 2021 that set the binding quota for the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta regarding the number of Employee Card applications the Embassy can accept per one year. The quota is 70 Employee Card applications per one year.

The registration system is open for applications for an employee card from Monday, January 10, 2022, 8:00 local time (WIB), for the period January – March 2022. During this period, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta will be able to accept a total of 18 applications for employee card, which is a relative amount in relation to the above quota. Following the registration, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta will address the registered applicants up to the above number (according to the time sequel of registration) with information about an exact date for submitting an application for an employee card at the Embassy.

All applicants for Employee Card at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta must register, prior to handing their application, by e-mail sent to the e-mail address visa_jakarta@mzv.cz. Requests delivered to the Embassy in a different way will be disregarded.

The registration request has to include:

  • name and surname of the applicant
  • date of birth
  • passport number
  • the purpose of applying
  • contact details (phone, e-mail)

The following documents have to be attached to the e-mail:

  • a copy of the passport´s data page with a photo and personal data (pdf format)
  • a copy of the document proving the purpose of the application (pdf format)

Without the above mentioned requirements, the registration request will be considered invalid and will not be processed by the Embassy.

In case of foreign applicants, which means those who are not citizens of Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam or Timor Leste, they are eligible to submit their Employee Card application at the Czech Embassy in Jakarta ONLY if they prove their resident status in those countries with a relevant document attached to their registration e-mail. The resident permit MUST prove their continual resident stay in those countries longer than 1 year.

EACH APPLICANT CAN SEND ONLY ONE REGISTRATION E-MAIL DURING THE ONGOING REGISTRATION PROCESS, WITH ONLY ONE SINGLE APPLICATION. Those applicants who will send MORE THAN ONE REGISTRATION E-MAIL or will send more appllications in one email will be DISQUALIFIED.
