Submission of Employee Card Applications at the Czech Embassy in Jakarta for April-June 2023

The registration system is open for applications for Employee Card from Wednesday, April 5, 2023, 8:00 am local time (WIB), for the period April-June 2023.
The Government of the Czech Republic took the decision No. 321/2022 on October 19, 2022 that set the binding quota for the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta regarding the number of Employee Card applications the Embassy can accept per one year. The quota is 70 Employee Card applications per one year.

 

Registration deadline

The registration system is open for submitting applications for Employee Card from Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 8:00 am local time (WIB), for the period April-June 2023.

 

Number of applications received

In the period April-June 2023, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta will accept the total of 18 applications for Employee Card, which is a proportional amount in relation to the above-mentioned quota.

 

Method of registration

Applicants for Employee Card can only register electronically via email visa_jakarta@mzv.cz. Applications for registration submitted in any other way will not be considered.

 

Registration requirements

Only registration emails written in Czech or English will be accepted.

 

SUBJECT OF THE REGISTRATION EMAIL:

Only the full name of the applicant (exactly according to the applicant's passport) and the applicant's passport number must be stated in the subject of the registration email.

 

TEXT OF THE REGISTRATION EMAIL:

The text of the registration email must contain the following information of the applicant:

- name and surname (exactly according to the applicant's passport)

- date of birth

- passport number

- purpose of stay

- contact details (telephone number and email)

 

REGISTRATION EMAIL ATTACHMENTS:

In the registration email, the following documents must be attached in pdf format (links to attachments located in cloud storages are not accepted), the text of the attachments must be clearly legible:

- a copy of the data page of the applicant's passport containing photography and personal data of the applicant

- a copy of the document proving the purpose of the stay in the Czech Republic (i.e. employment contract, employment agreement or contract on a future contract)

 

Without the above requirements, the registration is invalid and will not be processed further by the Embassy.

 

If the applicant is not a citizen of Indonesia, the Sultanate of Brunei or East Timor, s/he is entitled to submit an application for Employee Card at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta only if s/he includes in the registration e-mail, in addition to the above-mentioned requirements, a document proving a residence permit in the mentioned countries (in pdf format), while this document must prove a continuous stay for more than 1 year.

 

Appointment date allocation

Applicants up to the above-mentioned number who send an email registration meeting all the above-mentioned criteria will subsequently be notified by email within 7 working days about the appointment date for submitting their application for Employee Card at the Embassy.

Dates are assigned chronologically as per the incoming registration delivered to the email visa_jakarta@mzv.cz. The Embassy does not interfere in the order of delivered e-mails in any way.

It is not possible to change the assigned appointment date and requests in this regard are not to be answered. If the applicant does not come on the assigned date, s/he must apply for a new appointment date in the standard way of registration described above.

 

Reasons for discarding registration email

The registration email will be discarded if it does not meet one of the conditions below:

- the applicant does not meet the registration requirements, see the text above;

- the applicant's full name (exactly according to the applicant's passport) and the applicant's passport number were not mentioned in the subject of the registration email;

- the subject of the registration email (also) contained information other than the applicant's full name (exactly according to the applicant's passport) and the applicant's passport number;

- the applicant did not provide all the required data in the text of the registration email;

- the applicant did not attach all the required attachments;

- the applicant saved the attachments to the cloud storage and provided only links to them in the registration email;

- the data in the text of the registration email differs from the data in the attachments;

- the applicant sent his/her application to an email address that is not intended for registration;

- a registration was for more than one applicant;

- the registration email was delivered to the email box before the start of registration, i.e. before the specified day and time;

- the applicant has sent several registration emails (each applicant is entitled to send only one registration email within the currently ongoing registration process, which contains only one application of the given applicant; applicants who send more than one registration email or in one email -mail will contain applications for multiple applicants, they will be automatically discarded).
