On June 10th 1942, the Nazis occupied and razed to the ground the peaceful Central Bohemian village of Lidice. 192 men were shot dead and women and children were deported to concentration camps. The memory of Lidice was never wiped out and after WW2 Lidice was restored. There is a memorial and a museum located where old Lidice once stood. In 1995, Lidice officially became a historical landmark.

The theme of this year's 51st edition is DANCE.

Marked competition works together with the application must be sent to the address: 51st International Children's Art Exhibition Lidice 2023, Lidická galerie, Tokajická 152, 273 54 Lidice, Czech Republic, no later than February 10, 2023.

ICEFA Lidice is a single round competition for children from 4 to 16 years of age.
