Czech public servants have had the chance to become better in French public speaking, because public speaking in French is a key part of international negotiation. They have received financial aid and technical support from the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF) to improve their skills.
On the 25th of September 2014, Czech public servants had the chance to improve in their public speaking skills in French. The Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prepared for them a one-day seminar on public speaking with cooperation from the French Institute in Prague. This practical training was aimed primarily at the familiarization of terminology and verbal signposting used during an international negotiation. The training became a preparation for a two-day seminar on strategic negotiation, which took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the half of October 2014.
The seminar was financed by the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF). They also provided essential organization and logistic support to the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
