Cooperation with countries outside the EU is based on signed Memoranda of cooperation or on ad hoc basis. Currently, the Academy has signed 20 of such memoranda in the following countries:

The cooperation among various diplomatic academies offers an important venue for Czech diplomats to study at partner institutions in the afore-mentioned states. Traditionally, Chile and Peru are known for offering long-term scholarships for diplomats to study at their academies.
