On Wednesday, February 25 at the Department of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diplomatic Academy organized the traditional „Art course social manners“. Talked about the differences between classical and modern label, non-verbal signals of courtesy, greetings, casual conversation, dining and telephone contact.

Except listeners of junior diplomatic training came to find inspiration in social manners about fifty colleagues form other institutions of government.

Course instructor Mrs. Alena Špačková teaches from the nineties to the Hussite Theological Faculty of Charles Univerzity culture of speech, communication skills and mediation of communications. For the Ministry of Foreign affairs also prepares courses of oral presentations and festive speech.
