Accommodation

 

SCHENGEN VISAS

Documents relating to accommodation can include a hotel booking, hotel voucher, spa voucher, private invitation with name and address of the inviting person and visit dates, official invitation issued by the Alien Police, undertaking of an inviting party to provide accommodation etc.

LONG-TERM VISAS AND RESIDENCE PERMITS

Applicants for long-term visas and residence permits are required to arrange accommodation before arriving to the Czech Republic and provide a proof that they have done so. Supporting documents proving accommodation can include for example accommodation agreement, rent agreement, property ownership proof (purchase agreement, land register extract), dormitory document or confirmation on providing accommodation (signature must be verified by a notary, see the form below).

Do submit documents in originals or officially certified copies.
