"Café francophone" opened at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

 

„Café francophone“ project was launched at the Czernin Palace in Prague, attended by Ambassador of France Pierre Lévy and Ambassadors of eleven francophone countries. The project is aimed on mastering of the French language by Czech diplomats. The project contributes to development of the Czech-French relations.

The project was initiate by the Embassy of France in Prague which seeks to promote the French language. The Czech Republic is the first country launching such a project. „Café francophone“ will be proceeded in a frame of French conversation course organized by the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. It will vary from regular language courses by an informal approach and participation of diplomats from francophone countries.
