Czech and Polish Programme Councils of the Czech-Polish Forum in joint session

On the 7th of December 2010, members of the Programme Council of the Czech-Polish Forum, appointed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, will meet in the Czernin Palace in Prague in a joint session with the Programme Council of the Polish-Czech Forum, appointed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Polish Republic. The meeting has been organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in cooperation with the Institute of International Relations in Prague.

logo During the morning session, the CzechProgramme Council will select project proposals for funding in the year 2011 and evaluate the projects completed in 2009 as well as those running in 2010. Deputy Foreign Ministers Jiří Schneider and Grażyna Bernatowicz will address both Councils in the afternoon joint session. The co-chairmen of the Czech-Polish Analytical Platform, Michal Kořan and Mateusz Gniazdowski, will present the outcome of the “Audit of the Czech-Polish Relations”. In the joint session, the Councils will focus primarily on the priorities and possibilities of a further development of the Czech-Polish Forum in the following years.
