The Future of Solidarity: The Welfare State, Development Aid and the Political Union of Europe

After the Welfare State, the fourth issue of Visegrad Insight, discusses the question of how we will take care after each other in the future. We publish a policy memo by Martin Ehl on the future reforms of welfare state and an expert debate about development aid that is funded by V4 countries that has risen to almost USD 1 bln last year. We also discuss the reference to the political union in public speeches by leaders of the EU and political significance of the idea of solidarity.
