Terrorist Attacks in Canada: Minister Zaorálek Sent His Condolences

Shocked by the recent terrorist attacks in Montreal and Ottava, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Lubomír Zaorálek expressed his sympathy in the condolences sent to his Canadian counterpart, John Russell Baird, on October 23, 2014.

According to Minister Zaorálek, for Canada and the whole civilized world, the terrible tragedy reaffirms that it is essential to continue in the fight against extremism. As a close ally in NATO and other international organizations the Czech Republic fights alongside Canada in the struggle for values of democracy, human rights and rule of law in the world.
