Deputy Minister Kulhánek Held Talks in Israel

 

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Jakub Kulhánek discussed the current situation in the Middle East and in the European Union with the Israeli Political Director, Alon Ushpiz in Jerusalem on November 25, 2014. The meeting was part of Czech-Israeli Intergovernmental Consultations, which were held for the third time since 2011.

 

Deputy Minister Kulhánek signed the Memorandum of Understanding For the Establishement of Bilateral Consultations Between the MFA of the Czech Republic and the MFA of the State of Israel. Based on this memorandum, the Ministries will organize annual high-level joint consultations to discuss international issues and foster bilateral cooperation.
The Czech National Delegation was led by Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka while the Israeli side was represented by his counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu.
