Minister Zaorálek will meet with the Vice-President of the European Commission

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Lubomír Zaorálek will meet with the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini during her visit to Prague. The meeting will take place in the Czernin Palace on January 11, 2016.

As a part of her working visit, a joint public debate entitled “The Future of Europe in an Interconnected World” will be held, during which High Representative Mogherini and minister Zaorálek will discuss the topic with public.

Minister Zaorálek commented on the forthcoming meeting with Federica Mogherini: “I perceive the visit of the Head of the EU diplomacy in Prague as a good opportunity to better present the Czech position on current international issues and to stress the need for more engagement of the EU, especially in the Europe’s nearest neighbourhood”.
