During the visit, Minister shall meet with the Lithuanian Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius, Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius and Vice-Speaker of the Lithuanian Seimas Gediminas Kirkilas. Minister will also use the opportunity to take part in an international conference, dedicated to 10^th anniversary of European Humanities University – a Belarusian exile university – functioning in Vilnius.
