Minister Zaorálek will on July 19, 2016 be received by the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon and he will attend the High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council of the UN (ECOSOC) in New York where he will deliver a National Statement. During UN visit, he will sign the International Convention on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.

On July 20, he will participate at the Pledging Conference for Iraq, where the Czech Republic was invited as a traditional donor and active Stabilization Group member.

On July 21, Minister Zaorálek will take part at the Global Coalition against ISIL Conference which will focus on suppression of the global network, with special focus on Iraq, Syria and Libya.

On July 23, the Minister will be hosted by The German Marshall Fund of the United States, where he shall deliver a Key-Note Speech on the recent Brexit Referendum.
