Minister Zaorálek to Visit Malta

Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomír Zaorálek pays a working visit to Malta on October 19 - 20, 2016 to hold talks before the beginning of the Maltese Presidency in the EU Council (to be held in the first half of 2017) and enliven bilateral relations. It is a reciprocal visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to Malta after ten years.
Minister Zaorálek and his Maltese counterpart George Vella discuss bilateral relations, situation in the Mediterranean, in the Middle East and the Western Balkans. Current European issues are the main agenda for the meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs Louis Grech. Further, Lubomír Zaorálek pays a courtesy call on President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca and holds a speech at a reception on the occasion of the Czech National Day.
