The Delegation visits Prague as a guest of the partner committee of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. In the course of discussion the sides touched different aspects of the bilateral cooperation of both countries and the matters connected with the current political development in the Republic of Moldova. Special attention was paid to the efforts to bring the Republic of Moldova closer to the EU, i. a. by means of the implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU. The Moldovan delegation was assured of the continuous support by the Czech Republic in this respect.
