Minister Zaorálek to Welcome German Foreign Ministr Gabriel

The German Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Sigmar Gabriel will pay a working visit to the Czech Republic upon the invitation from the Czech Foreign Minister Lubomír Zaorálek on June 23 – 24, 2017. Chief of German diplomacy will be also received by Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka.

Both meetings will focus on current bilateral affairs, especially the perspectives of a further development of the Czech-German Strategic Dialogue. Partners will also discuss selected international and EU topics, namely the preparations of the Brexit negotiations and current relations with the USA.

Besides Prague, Federal Minister Gabriel will also visit the town Beroun, a partner town of the German Goslar where Sigmar Gabriel was born. In Beroun, ministers will meet with mayor Ivan Kůs and open the International Skating Contest. Chiefs of Czech and German diplomacies will also come to the local grammar school the future of Europe to have a discussion with students.
