In a consulting capacity, he has represented Lech Walesa and Prime Ministers Viktor Orban of Hungary and Zoran Djindjic of Serbia, the OSCE, the National Democratic Institute, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and the Folger Shakespeare Library.
