The Monday’s test of a ballistic missile by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) violates again multiple United Nations Security Council Resolutions.
The Czech Republic repeatedly urges the DPRK to comply with its international obligations: to halt all launches using ballistic missile technology and abandon its nuclear program and all other weapons of mass destruction programmes as it is required by the UN Security Council. The ballistic missile tests by DPRK seriously undermine security in the world and further increase regional tensions.
The Czech Republic urges the DPRK to re-engage in a meaningful and constructive dialogue with the international community.
