The Czech Embassy´s booth hosted Mr. Lukáš Křenovský representing a Czech company of NANO TECHNOLOGI CZ, a manufacturer of fire safety equipment and nanotextiles for separation of oil from water, and Mr. SK Mahes, a local representative of a Czech company of AVAS Export-Import, which supplies Czech volcanic sediments for agriculture, water treatment or animal feed. Furthermore, a Czech small hydro turbines producer CINK Hydro – Energy and the University of West Bohemia with its SmartCampus project were presented by the Embassy´s Economic Section representatives.

For NANO TECHNOLOGI CZ, this was the first activity in Malaysia. The Embassy arranged for their representative to meet with the CEO of a government agency of the Greentech IdeasLab, Mdm. Elina Jani, and the General Manager of the Malaysia Green Building Confederation, Mr. CK Tan. The purpose of the meetings was to discuss the entry of NANO TECHNOLOGI CZ’s products into the market, including the necessary permits and certifications, and identifying relevant target groups of clients.

Ecobuild SEA 2018 proved to be a very productive trade show for Czech exhibitors.
