Digital version of Schengen visa application
As part of a continuous modernization effort of the visa application proces, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic has introduced a digital version of the Schengen visa application form.
The new digital form can be downloaded in PDF format from the website of the Ministry, filled in digitally on your computer, printed out and submitted at the VFS office when applying. All language versions of the new digital form are available here.
