The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kuwait announces the opening of the short term visa services in the State of Kuwait. Short term visa services will be resumed by VFS Global Kuwait (Arrayah tower, 25th floor, Kuwait City) from August 29, 2021.

Apart from the standard documents (for more information kindly see following web pages:   https://www.mzv.cz/jnp/en/information_for_aliens/short_stay_visa/index.html), one more document is required – a hard copy of SARS-COV2 Vaccination Certificate issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Health (applicable for all travelers from age of 12 years). Only complete vaccination cycle is accepted with the minimum term of 14 days after the last vaccination.

Before entry to the Czech Republic, travelers must fill the location form /www.plf.uzis.cz/, as immigration officers might inspect the QR code confirming that the form has been registered by Czech authorities

Visitors must undergo a PCR test within 5-days after arrival if they do not have an antigen test certificate issued within the last 48-hours before arrival. There is no quarantine required if the PCR tests are negative and quarantine is necessary only for positive PCR tests. In such a case, travelers have to contact the nearest hygienic station in the Czech Republic and follow their guidance.
