Russian combat tactics against Ukraine, according to available information, include war crimes and crimes against humanity. The very occupation of a sovereign country is a violation of the guiding principles of the UN. We must not allow impunity, we must ensure justice not only for the sake of the victims, but for the future of our societies. To ensure perpetrators are brought to justice, we must establish a special tribunal.
